They are not intended for human consumption and have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority.

   We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

   We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

   Information provided on this website is for general reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any research decision. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

5. Pricing & Availability
   All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

   We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold to any individual customer, and to refuse service to any person at our sole discretion.

6. Orders & Payment
   By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

   Orders where payment is received before 12pm AWST are dispatched same day. Orders received after 12pm AWST are dispatched the next business day. During sale periods, processing may take up to 1 additional business day.

7. Shipping & Delivery
   All Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post with full tracking provided. Estimated delivery is 1-4 business days depending on location. Full shipping details, including international options, are outlined on our Dispatch & Deliveries page.

   While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Melanotan Aus is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by Australia Post or any third-party carrier once a shipment has been dispatched. However, we will always work with you to reach a fair resolution. Where an issue is through no fault of the customer, we will reship your order. Each case is assessed individually.

   In the rare event that a delay exceeds 10 business days from the date of your order due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified via email and offered a refund.

8. International Orders
   International customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products ordered are legal for importation into their country. We strongly recommend researching your country’s customs and importation regulations before placing an order.

   Melanotan Aus is not responsible for any customs delays, seizures, duties, taxes, or holds on international shipments. We do not offer reshipping or refunds on international orders that are seized or held by customs authorities.

9. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at info@melanotan-aus.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it.

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melanotan Aus, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, handling, possession, storage, or use of any product purchased from this website, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

    By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold Melanotan Aus harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising from your handling, possession, or use of any product purchased from this website.
