What is NAD+?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is not a peptide — it’s a coenzyme that is absolutely essential for life. Found in every cell in the body, NAD+ is involved in hundreds of biological processes including energy production, DNA repair, gene expression, and cellular communication.
