Description
What is KLOW?
KLOW is a pre-mixed research blend of four well-studied peptides, each with its own distinct research profile. The combination was developed to allow researchers to explore how these peptides work together across overlapping biological pathways — tissue repair, inflammation, skin health, and cellular recovery.
The blend brings together:
- TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4, 10mg) — Studied for its role in tissue repair, muscle recovery, and reducing inflammation across a wide range of tissue types.
- BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound, 10mg) — One of the most researched repair peptides, studied for its effects on healing, gut integrity, tendon and ligament recovery, and connective tissue support.
- KPV (Lys-Pro-Val, 10mg) — A short tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH, studied for its anti-inflammatory and gut-protective properties. Research has explored its role in managing inflammation at a cellular level.
- GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine:Copper, 50mg) — A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied extensively for skin regeneration, collagen production, wound healing, and anti-aging effects.
What Researchers Are Exploring
Tissue Repair & Recovery
TB-500 and BPC-157 are both widely researched for their ability to accelerate tissue healing. Studies on TB-500 have shown it promotes the repair of muscle, tendon, ligament, and skin tissue by upregulating proteins involved in cell growth and movement. BPC-157 has demonstrated consistent healing effects across multiple tissue types in preclinical research, with a particularly strong body of research around gut tissue and connective tissue repair.
Inflammation Management
KPV has emerged as a focused anti-inflammatory compound in research, with studies showing it can reduce inflammation at the cellular level through pathways similar to alpha-MSH. BPC-157 also carries a strong anti-inflammatory research profile. Together, these two peptides bring a dual-pathway approach to inflammation research within the blend.
Skin & Collagen Research
GHK-Cu is the dominant skin-focused compound in KLOW, bringing its well-established research profile in collagen stimulation, skin firmness, and wound healing. Studies have shown GHK-Cu can increase skin thickness, improve elasticity, and accelerate wound closure. Its presence at 50mg makes it the primary driver of skin-focused research outcomes within this blend.
Gut Health Research
BPC-157 has a significant body of preclinical research exploring its protective and healing effects on gut tissue, including studies on intestinal barrier integrity and recovery from gut damage. KPV has also been studied for its anti-inflammatory effects specifically within gut tissue, making KLOW relevant to researchers studying the gut-body connection.
Cellular Regeneration & Longevity
GHK-Cu’s ability to influence gene expression across thousands of repair-related genes, combined with the broad-spectrum repair activity of TB-500 and BPC-157, makes KLOW an interesting subject for cellular regeneration research. Studies have explored each component individually for its relevance to biological ageing and tissue resilience.
Worth Noting
KLOW builds on the well-established GLOW formula (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157) by adding KPV — a peptide that brings a more targeted anti-inflammatory and gut-health focus to the blend. Each of the four components has an independent research base, and the combination is studied for synergistic effects across overlapping repair and regeneration pathways.
