Shipping & Handling
All orders where payment is received before 12pm AWST are dispatched same day via Australia Post Express Post. Orders received after 12pm AWST are dispatched the next business day. Full tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched. Products are packaged discreetly with appropriate temperature considerations.
We are committed to making sure every customer receives their order. In the rare event that a parcel is lost or goes missing in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue and reship your order at no additional cost.
